Abstract
The present disclosure relates to stator segments for electrical machines. The stator segments comprise a base for mounting to a stator structure, a tooth extending between a first end and a second end, wherein the tooth is mounted on the base at the first end. The stator segment further comprises a stator winding arranged around the tooth and a resilient element arranged between the stator winding and the base. The present disclosure also relates to methods for assembling stator segments.
