Abstract
Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a cathode assembly (200), which may include a cathode (210) and a focusing electrode (220). The cathode (210) may include at least two emission portions each of which may be configured to independently emit an electron beam, and the at least two emission portions may be arranged around a center of the cathode. The focusing electrode may be arranged around a periphery of the cathode, and a first surface of the focusing electrode may form a first acute angle (250) with an axial direction passing through the center of the cathode.
