Abstract

A semiconductor module according to the present disclosure comprises complementarily operating first and second switching elements, a high potential side drive circuit including a first driver capable of adjusting an output to a first gate, and a low potential side drive circuit including a second driver capable of adjusting an output to a second gate. The high potential side drive circuit includes a first level shift unit to provide an output to the first driver, a shift register, a low voltage side set value holding unit, a write signal generation unit, a second level shift unit to level-shift information held in the low voltage side set value holding unit to a high potential in response to a write signal, a high voltage side set value holding unit, and a decoder to render the first driver's current outputting capability according to recording of the high voltage side set value holding unit.
