Abstract
Disclosed in the present invention is a cell culture method, including the following steps: first loading a one-step container body (1) into a microenvironment; adding a cell culture solution to the one-step container body (1); and successively adding a supplementary fluid to the one-step container body (1) as the culture time increases. The one-step container body (1) has at least two inner side surfaces with different areas. The inner side surfaces with the different areas form corresponding culture surfaces (2) for culturing cell solutions with different volumes. The cell solutions are first borne on a small-area culture surface (2) to be cultured. As the volumes of the cell solutions increase, the cell solution is borne on the large-area culture surface (2) to be cultured. Further disclosed is a cell culture container, including a one-step container body (1).
