The method includes: determining that a network transmission status satisfies a first condition; and reducing the first transmit power to second transmit power in response to that current first transmit power is greater than lower limit power of a first transmit power range corresponding to a current first transmission rate; or determining that the network transmission status does not satisfy the first condition; and adjusting network transmission parameters to enable the network transmission status to satisfy the first condition.
