A glass diaphragm includes: a glass plate structure; a mounting member that is fixed to the glass plate structure and to which an exciter for vibrating the glass plate structure is to be attached; and an adhesive layer in contact with the glass plate structure and the mounting member, in which the adhesive layer includes a first adhesive layer and a second adhesive layer, a material of the first adhesive layer is different from a material of the second adhesive layer, the first adhesive layer has a shear storage modulus of 1.0×107 [Pa] or less at −40 [° C.], and the second adhesive layer has a shear peel strength of 0.2 [MPa] or more at 80 [C].
