Provided is a method of synthesizing polymer particles, including: introducing vapor-phase reagents into a reactor having a substrate; forming condensed droplets of the reagents on the substrate; initiating polymerization; and polymerizing the condensed droplets of the reagents, thereby forming polymer particles.
