The equipment (30) comprising: a conveyor belt (11) comprising; a plurality of recesses (12a, 12b, 12c), each recess (12a, 12b, 12c) being configured to receive a proximal part (13a, 13b, 13c) of the poultry part (14a, 14b, 14c), while allowing for a distal part of the poultry N parts (14a, 14b, 14c) to be processed, to remain free; the distal part of the poultry parts (14a, 14b, 14c) being processed by a set of bristles (21) associated with a rotative axis (22).
