The method of treating the radioactive waste glass fiber includes: preparing the radioactive waste glass fiber: loading the radioactive waste glass fiber into a canister; heat-treating the canister under set conditions through a heat treatment unit; and transferring the radioactive waste glass fiber whose volume has been reduced through the heat treatment.
