Methods, apparatus, systems, and articles of manufacture to make and/or process a diagnostic test device are disclosed. An example apparatus includes a porous media include a first zone and a second zone, the first zone including immobilized antigens corresponding to a target analyte or immobilized antibodies corresponding to the target analyte; a wireless chip to: wirelessly obtain a first voltage via a signal from an external device; output a second voltage smaller than the first voltage to a first electrode in contact with at least one of the first zone or the second zone; and measure an electrical signal from the first electrode, the electrical signal corresponding to presence of the target analyte.
