A ceramic structure includes a first ceramic layer including a first main surface and a second main surface opposite to the first main surface; and an identification mark made of ceramics on the first main surface of the first ceramic layer, wherein in a cross section of the identification mark in a direction perpendicular to the first main surface, the identification mark includes multiple continuous sections and a discontinuous section between the continuous sections.
