An optical film having a surface with depressions and projections, wherein the surface with depressions and projections has a peak material volume Vmp of 0.010 ml/m2 or more and 0.050 ml/m2 or less specified in ISO 25178-2:2012, and a minimum autocorrelation length Sal of 4.0 μm or more and 12.0 μm or less specified in ISO 25178-2:2012.
