Abstract

A water dispensing apparatus includes a housing forming an outer appearance; a water supply flow path configured to flow raw water supplied from an external water supply source into the housing; a filter disposed inside the housing to generate purified water by filtering the raw water supplied to the water supply flow path; a purified water flow path configured to flow purified water that has passed through the filter toward a water outlet part provided outside the housing; a detection means installed in at least one of the water supply flow path or the purified water flow path to measure water quality data including turbidity of flowing water; and a control means configured to receive water quality data of raw water or purified water detected by the detection means.
