A terminal apparatus includes multiple visible light communicators including a visible light communicator and a visible light communicator, and a controller configured to control the multiple visible light communicators. The multiple visible light communicators each have a directivity in a different direction. The controller performs switching control of switching from a state in which the visible light communicator performs visible light communication with a base station apparatus to a state in which the visible light communicator performs visible light communication with a base station apparatus.
