Optical component (8) having a temperature dependent focal length comprising:

    a first rigid optical element (9) with a first interface (10); a second rigid optical element (11) with a second interface (12); a third optical element (13) comprising a third material, wherein the third optical element (13) is arranged between the first rigid optical element (9) and the second rigid optical element (11) such that the first interface (10) and the second interface (12) each face the third optical element (13);the third optical element (13) having a larger temperature coefficient of index of refraction than first rigid optical element (9) or the second rigid optical element (11);the first interface (10) and/or the second interface (12) being non-flat and configured to change an optical refraction power of the first interface (10) or to change an optical refraction power of the second interface (12) with changing temperature, wherein this change corresponds to the temperature dependent focal length of the optical component (8).
