A vehicle-mounted control device (1) includes a control unit (21) that switches an interruption unit (14) from an allowable state to an interruption state when an interruption condition is satisfied, and a setting unit (22) that sets the interruption condition. The setting unit (22) sets the interruption condition based on which operation of a first operation and a second operation is in execution. The first operation is an operation of transferring power between a power storage unit (90) and a first transfer unit (connection unit (91)) when a first switch (11) is in an on state, and the second operation is an operation of transferring power between the power storage unit (90) and a second transfer unit (first load (92)) when a second switch (12) is in an on state.
