A method for generating large quantum-resistant encryption keys for the generation of a cyphertext from a plaintext file. The system generates two large keys in a parallel process using initial seed values to provide quantum-resistant output values that are used to generate the cyphertext. The size of the output keys are dictated by the size of the input keys and are not limited to the sizes of standardized encryption schemes.
