Provided is an optical film which has high anti-glare properties and high scratch resistance and enables a suppression in reflected scattered light. An optical film having a surface with depressions and projections, wherein the surface with depressions and projections has a developed interfacial area ratio Sdr of 0.010 or more and 0.060 or less specified in ISO 25178-2:2012, and a minimum autocorrelation length Sa1 of 4.0 μm or more and 12.0 μm or less specified in ISO 25178-2:2012.
