The hydrogen supply device may include: a storage unit configured to store the hydrogen, a supply unit configured to supply the hydrogen in the storage unit to the hydrogen fuel cell device, a first temperature acquiring unit disposed in the supply unit so as to be configured to acquire a first temperature of the hydrogen supplied to the hydrogen fuel cell device, and a processor configured to control a supply speed of the hydrogen.
