In a concrete reinforcing composite material 10, a core material 12 is formed from a fiber bundle of reinforcing fibers. The core material 12 is covered with a coating layer 14 made of a thermoplastic resin. The core material 12 is impregnated with the thermoplastic resin. The thickness of the coating layer 14 is 84 μm or more. The fiber volume content Vf of the core material 12 is 60% or more.
