Abstract

This ferritic stainless steel sheet contains, as a chemical composition, by mass %, C: more than 0% and 0.008% or less, Si: 0.01% to 2.50%, Mn: 0.01% to 0.50%, P: 0.0001% to 0.040%, S: 0.001% to 0.010%, Al: 0.001% to 2.500%, Cr: 10.0% to 25.0%, Nb: more than 0% and 0.80% or less, Ti: 0.05% to 0.50%, V: 0.01% to 0.15%, N: more than 0% and 0.050% or less, Ni: 0% to 0.40%, Sn: 0% to 0.200%, Mo: 0% to 1.40%, Cu: 0% to 1.40%, B: 0% to 0.0020%, Sb: 0% to 0.5%, Zr: 0% to 0.5%, Co: 0% to 0.5%, W: 0% to 0.5%, Ta: 0% to 0.100%, Mg: 0% to 0.0050%, Ca: 0% to 0.0050%, Ga: 0% to 0.05%, and REM: 0% to 0.1% with a remainder containing Fe and an impurity, in which, regarding a passive film present on a steel sheet surface, a composition parameter PS represented by a formula (1) is 0.03 or more and 0.15 or less, and a surface coverage of an Al-containing oxide having a circle-equivalent diameter of 0.01 to 1.0 μm in the passive film is 15% to 40%.
