The method further includes one or more computer systems that are subscribed to the first publishing identifier and providing the first message that includes the first sensor data to a first computer system of the one or more computer systems and the first computer system is disposed at a first fluid handling site, the first computer system being configured to provide control of at least one fluid handling component.
