Abstract
The present invention relates to a recombinant granular protein suitable for industrial production and a preparation method therefor. The product is prepared by the following method: transfecting a plasmid vector containing an encoding recombinant granular protein sequence to a host cell for expression in the cell, and harvesting and crushing thalli for heating treatment, incubating of urea and sodium chloride and chromatography. The granular size of the product is uniform, and the inter-batch consistency of the granular size is good. The product prepared by the method can reduce the cost of industrial mass production, the method is simple to operate, and the product has low impurity residue and good safety.
