An on-press development type lithographic printing plate precursor includes a support, and an image-recording layer on the support, in which the image-recording layer contains an infrared absorber, a polymerization initiator, a polymerizable compound, and at least one compound selected from the group consisting of a compound represented by Formula (1) and a compound represented by Formula (2) (in Formulae (1) and (2), Ra1 and Ra2 represent an alkyl group, Rb1 and Rb3 represent an alkyl group, Rb2 and Rb4 represent an alkyl group, and EWG's each independently represent a hydrogen atom or an electron-withdrawing group, provided that at least one of the four EWG's in Formula (1) represents an electron-withdrawing group).
