Abstract
A rotor of a rotating electric machine includes a rotating shaft. A coolant flow path is formed in the rotating shaft. The coolant flow path includes a first flow path and a second flow path. The first flow path extends from one end part of the rotating shaft toward another end part along an axial direction of the rotating shaft. The second flow path extends toward the other end part of the rotating shaft on an outer circumferential side of the first flow path. The coolant flow path further includes a communication flow path. The first flow path and the second flow path communicate with each other via the communication flow path.
