Personal cleansing compositions having at least a cleansing phase and a benefit phase. The cleansing phase includes a first surfactant. The first surfactant has a mixtures of C12 and C13 alkyl sulfate anionic surfactants; a zwitterionic surfactant. The zwitterionic surfactant includes a betaine; a structuring system having: optionally, a non-ionic emulsifier; optionally, a rheology modifier; and an electrolyte.
