Abstract

The invention relates to a rotor (20) for an electric machine (10), comprising:—at least one rotor laminated core (30) that has at least one coil receiving opening (40);—at least one coil device (50) which is located in the at least one coil receiving opening (40); and—at least one holding device (70) which is joined to the rotor laminated core (30) and prevents an outward movement (B), brought about by centrifugal force, of the at least one coil device (50) in the radial extension direction (R) of the rotor (20) and out of the at least one coil receiving opening (40) during normal use of the electric machine (10). The at least one holding device (70) comprises:—a first holding element (72) which is joined to the rotor laminated core (30) and at least partially closes the at least one coil receiving opening (40) outwardly in the radial extension direction (R) and thus prevents the movement (B); and—at least one second holding element (76) which is joined to the rotor laminated core (30) and is located between the first holding element (72) and a rotational axis (RA) of the rotor (10) in the radial extension direction (R) and supports at least one coil device part (56) of the at least one coil device (50) against the movement (B) brought about by centrifugal force.
