Abstract
A retractable vehicle windshield sunshade device. The device is primarily comprised of a base that houses at least one sunshade or sun screen, and at least one upper attachment member. The base is designed to attach to the dashboard of a vehicle at least one attachment fastener. The upper attachment member attaches to the interior of a vehicle windshield also via a fastener such that when the user desires to deploy the sun screen/shade over the windshield, a user can pull the screen from the base toward the upper attachment member. Then, an attachment point on the screen can be removably secured to an attachment point on the upper attachment member to hold the screen in position.
