The shaft including at least one vane extending therefrom and having a plurality of tines extending therefrom. The vane further having a raised wall extending therefrom. In another form, the apparatus includes a handpiece having a power source, motor, and a drive system operatively connected between the motor and the shaft to perform a variety of tasks such as tilling, hole digging, and/or weed removal.
