A balance wheel (15) for a clockwork resonator mechanism (1), including a main arm (6) arranged along a longitudinal axis, the balance wheel (15) including at least a first lateral weight (11) for adjusting the inertia of the balance wheel, the first lateral weight (11) being mounted so as to be able to move on the main arm (6) of the balance wheel (15) so as to be able to adopt a plurality of positions more or less close to the main arm (6) in order to adjust the inertia of the balance wheel (15).
