The present invention provides a combination of a substituted heterocyclyl derivative of formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof which is a CDK7 inhibitor along with an anti-cancer agent or a prodrug thereof, and a method of treating and/or preventing cancer in a subject, comprising administering to the subject a compound of formula (I) conjointly with the anti-cancer agent.
