The microphone includes a first substrate, a cavity disposed on a side of the first substrate, and multiple resonant units disposed on the first substrate and located in the cavity, a resonant unit is configured to generate a frequency response in response to a particular acoustic signal, the frequency response of the multiple resonant units at least includes a resonant frequency response segment, and resonant frequency response segments of the multiple resonant units are at least partially different.
