Abstract
A light-emitting device includes at least two lead electrodes, a transparent molding, a light-emitting element, a resin layer, and a light-blocking layer. The lead electrodes are disposed opposite to each other. The transparent molding is positioned between the lead electrodes and around edges of the lead electrodes to form a recess. The light-emitting element is disposed in the recess of the transparent molding. The resin layer is formed in the recess of the transparent molding and covering the light-emitting element. The light-blocking layer is disposed on the resin layer, and an upper surface of the light-blocking layer is coplanar with an upper surface of the transparent molding. An LED backlight module is also provided.
