Abstract

Disclosed is a self-temperature-limiting electric heating film and a preparation method therefor. The self-temperature-limiting electric heating film comprises a substrate, an electric heating layer arranged on the substrate, and two electrodes arranged on the electric heating layer. The electric heating layer comprises a heating block and a temperature-limiting block connected to the heating block. The temperature-limiting block comprises titanate and a substrate containing a first doping element, and the temperature-limiting block is used for limiting the temperature of the electric heating film. The first doping element is a rare earth element. The substance containing the first doping element is an elementary substance containing the first doping element or a compound containing the first doping element. Compared with macromolecular temperature-limiting materials, the temperature-limiting block prepared in the invention is easy to prepare, low in price, and stable long service life and reducing a specific application scenario to reduce energy consumption.
