A method by a first entity for performing a visited session management function (V-SMF) in a wireless communication system is provided. The method includes transmitting, by the first entity to a second entity performing a visited-network exposure function (V-NEF), an application function (AF) notification subscribe request, receiving, by the first entity from the second entity, a response message of the AF notification subscribe request, and receiving, by the first entity from the second entity, application data for AF traffic influence request information.
