Abstract
A multimaterial electrode capacitor is described, which includes a first electrically conductive electrode, a second electrically conductive electrode, where the first electrically conductive electrode may include a first material and the second electrically conductive electrode may include a second material, and the first material is different than the second material. The multimaterial electrode capacitor also includes a low dielectric material or air gap disposed between the first electrically conductive electrode and the second electrically conductive electrode, where the low dielectric material has a dielectric constant of less than 10 at 1 Hz.
