Abstract

Provided are a fluorescent glass ceramic with high transparency and a preparation method and use thereof. The fluorescent glass ceramic includes the following raw materials by mass percentage: 63 wt % to 70 wt % of SiO₂, 13 wt % to 16 wt % of Li₂O, 1 wt % to 6 wt % of Al₂O₃, 1 wt % to 10 wt % of K₂O, 2 wt % to 6 wt % of P₂O₅, 0.5 wt % to 3.5 wt % of CeO₂, 0 wt % to 4 wt % of an additive, 1 wt % to 4 wt % of a lanthanide oxide with an atomic number of 59 to 71, and 0 wt % to 8 wt % of a colorant. The fluorescent glass ceramic has a lithium metasilicate crystal as a principal crystalline phase, and the lithium metasilicate crystal has a layered or plate-like structure and a grain size of 0.1 μm to 1.5 μm.
