Abstract

Provided is a gas analyzer capable of facilitating the treatment of water generated from an analysis target gas and collected in a drain pot. A gas analyzer 10 includes: an analysis target gas flow path 13 through which an analysis target gas flows; a cooling unit 14 which is provided in the analysis target gas flow path 13 and configured to cool the analysis target gas; a drain flow path 141 through which liquid generated in the cooling unit 14 is discharged; a closed container 20 connected to the drain flow path 141; a selective permeation member 211 which is a member partitioning the inside of the closed container 20 into the drain introduction space 200 connected to the drain flow path 141 and a gas introduction space 210 and configured to selectively let gas-phase water permeate from the drain introduction space 200 to the gas introduction space 210; a gas source 22 configured to introduce a gas into the gas introduction space 210; and a gas discharge port 26 through which a gas in the gas introduction space 210 is discharged
