A removal-facilitated anchor sealing device for box girder construction is provided and includes a base; wheels are mounted below the base; a forward direction of the wheels is designated as a front side; a main box body is arranged on a top surface of the base in a manner of sliding back and forth; an interior of the main box body is divided into anchor sealing chambers from bottom to top through separation plates; a front side of each anchor sealing chamber is opened; anchor sealing units are arranged in the anchor sealing chamber in sequence in a left-right direction; a spraying unit is arranged below the anchor sealing units; working ends of the anchor sealing units and working end of the spraying unit extend out of the anchor sealing chamber from the front side; a storage unit is arranged on a top surface of the main box body.
