Abstract

The invention provides a device (1200) comprising (i) a light generating device (100), (ii) an air ionizer device (500), and (iii) an airflow device (600), wherein: (A) the device (1200) comprises one or more first openings (710) and a front part (750) comprising one or more second openings (720); (B) the air ionizer device (500) is configured to generate in an operational mode positively charged particles at a first electrode (510) and negatively charged particles at a second electrode (520); (C) the airflow device (600) is configured to generate in the operational mode a first airflow (610) entraining the positively charged particles and a second airflow (620) entraining the negatively charged particles; wherein the one or more first openings (710) are configured upstream of the airflow device (600) and the electrodes (510,520); wherein a first part (721) of the one or more second openings (720) is configured downstream of the airflow device (600) and the first electrode (510), and a second part (722) of the one or more second openings (520) is configured downstream of the airflow device (600) and the second electrode (520); (D) the device (1200) comprises a light emitting area (150), from which during operation of the light generating device (100) device light (1201) escapes from the device (1200), wherein the front part (750) comprises the light emitting area (150).
