Abstract
An aerosol generation assembly includes a storage portion, a heater, a gauge sensor providing data relative to the amount of precursor remaining in the storage portion, a puff sensor configured to detect and to provide data relative to the flowrate of the generated aerosol in the flow path and an electronic system for estimating continuously the remaining amount of precursor including an estimation module configured to determine continuously an estimated remaining amount of precursor based on the data provided by the puff sensor and a recalibration module configured to recalibrate at several intervals of time the estimated amount based on the data provided by each gauge sensor, to obtain a recalibrated remaining amount of precursor.
