The invention relates to a signal generator circuit (10), preferably for a quantum computer control device (30). The signal generator circuit (10) comprises a digital signal generating module (11) which is configured to generate a digital signal; a digital-to-analog converter, DAC (12), which is configured to convert the digital signal to an analog signal; and a digital oscilloscope unit (13) which is coupled between the digital signal generating module (11) and the DAC (12), wherein the digital oscilloscope unit (13) is configured to record at least a part of the digital signal.
