Abstract
An EPA apparatus (1) used in an area where electrostatic discharge is prevented includes: an earth terminal (10) including a plurality of terminal insertion holes (12), in which the earth terminal (10) is electrically conducted with a conductor component or an electrostatic dissipative component of a casing of the EPA apparatus (1), the plurality of terminal insertion holes (12) are electrically conducted with each other, at least one of the plurality of terminal insertion holes (12) is connected with an earth wire (41) grounded to an EPA ground through ground equipment, connection terminals of a banana terminal (52) and a banana terminal (62) of earth wires (51 and 61) connected from outside of the apparatus is inserted into the other terminal insertion holes (12).
