The present invention realize change of energy released during daily fitness exercise into usable energy, both do fitness exercise and generate clean energy, fitness exercises of human and animals will generate more than one hundred millions kWh per day, with reference to present fitness equipment, obtain energy conservation and environmental protection timeliness of fitness exercises.
