Abstract

---

A block is provided that includes a first and second bore on a first side. The first and second bores may converge. A handle may be inserted into the first bore. A securing element may be inserted into the second bore until it makes contact with the handle and when installed can limit rotation of the handle with respect to the block. When desired, the securing element can be removed and the handle can be removed from the block and position in the second bore. The securing element may be reinstalled in the first bore and again limit rotation of the handle with respect to the block.
