Abstract
A pouch-type secondary battery includes an electrode assembly having a structure in which a separator is interposed between a positive electrode and a negative electrode, and a battery case including a first recess portion configured to receive the electrode assembly and a second recess portion configured to receive a supplementary electrolytic solution, wherein the second recess portion is located at at least one side of the first recess portion, and a sealing line configured to prevent movement of the supplementary electrolytic solution received in the second recess portion is formed between the first recess portion and the second recess portion.
