Abstract
The invention relates to a process for preparing plates (22, 32) for cylinders (20, 30) to crease items (40) of the paper processing industry, the process comprising the following steps of:
- a) acquiring a pattern (50) of the creasing lines to be made on the item of the paper processing industry (40);b) making, on a reference sheet (70), through openings (74) depending on the pattern (50) of the creasing lines, the through openings being adapted to position creasing profile elements (25, 35);c) applying the creasing profile elements (25, 35) on the plate (22, 32) at the through openings (74) of the reference sheet (70), the reference sheet being positioned on the plate (22, 32).
