A transdermal absorption-type patch preparation containing an adhesive layer, the adhesive layer containing zonisamide or an alkali metal salt thereof, an adhesive agent containing a (meth)acrylic copolymer having a pyrrolidone group, and a transdermal absorption promoter containing N-alkylpyrrolidone.
