Abstract
A system includes:
- a printing unit that prints a document including a data part;a storage unit that stores (i) specifying information which uniquely specifies the document and (ii) the data part in association with each other;an obtaining unit that obtains the specifying information of the document from a document recipient; anda transmitting unit that transmits the data part corresponding to the obtained specifying information to the document recipient.
