Abstract
The present invention relates to a wireless communication system. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method and a device for applying a new PUCCH configuration in a carrier aggregation system, the method comprising: configuring a PUCCH resource and a PUCCH group configuration; receiving an Radio Resource Control (RRC) message which configures Physical Uplink Control Channel (PUCCH) resource for a cell while a Time Alignment Timer (TAT) of a Timing Advanced Group (TAG) to which the cell belongs is not running, wherein the RRC message includes a new PUCCH resource configuration and a new PUCCH group configuration; and starting to use the new PUCCH resource configuration and the new PUCCH group configuration indicated by the RRC message when the TAT of the TAG to which the cell belongs starts to run.
